Synopsis:
Gaye is a mad ex-Nazi scientist who devises a method of removing people's brains and replacing them with atomic energy, making the people into nuclear-powered zombies. Gaye teams up with mobster Granger, who uses the zombies to take care of his rivals and nosy public officials. Police struggle to stop the infamies.
